There isn’t a limit for OTP requests.
The issuance fees are EGP 15 and will be deducted automatically after the first load.

Through the Smart Wallet application:

  • Select “Send Money.”
  • Enter the receiver’s wallet number (or select it from your contact list).
  • Enter the desired amount, then press confirm.
  • Press and hold the “Send Money” button to confirm, then enter your wallet PIN to complete the transaction.
  • Your transaction will then be successfully completed.
The e-voucher will be sent in a message to your registered mobile number.

You can request to change your billing cycle for any card product through the call center or branch except cashback, World, World Elite, and EgyptAir cards. Here the active EPPs will be cancelled and the new card fees will be imposed. The request will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

You can reset your PIN through the app by following the below steps:

  •  Click on “Forgot your PIN” from the login page
  •  Enter the mobile number and national ID registered to the wallet
  •  You will receive an OTP on the registered mobile linked to the wallet
  •  Enter this OTP on the app, then respond to the security questions you set previously
  •  Upon successful validation, set your new Smart Wallet PIN

Please note that the validation of the OTP and security questions happens after trying to reset the PIN. In case of any error, you will be redirected to the home screen to enter your mobile number and national ID and to restart the steps.

Yes, you can pay any transaction in installments with a minimum amount of EGP 500, whether it is a purchase or cash withdrawal. The available tenor ranges from 3 months to 60 months, added to the interest rate of the selected plan from our contact center at 19666 or the Mobile Banking app. After submitting the request, it will be reviewed within 24 hours, and you will receive a notification if approved. Also, you can follow up on the case from the Mobile Banking app.
