The Com Credit Card is designed for online shopping only with a secure payment tool and limited credit from EGP 500 up to EGP 3,000.

The daily withdrawal limit is EGP 30,000.

You earn miles based on your credit card’s retail spend. Platinum credit cardholders earn 1 mile per EGP 30 spent, while Titanium credit cardholders earn 1 mile per EGP 50 spent.

EGP 40* for amounts less than EGP 20,000.

*Fees are waived for Wealth, Exclusive Wealth and Private customers. For customers holding a Bedaya Savings Account or Easy Accounts, a fee of EGP 100 will be deducted on withdrawals from branches regardless of the amount, except for when a customer is requesting to withdraw because of closing their account. 

 

Yes, you can settle up to EGP 5,000,000/day.
You can request an online card with a limit of up to EGP 60,000 per day or EGP 200,000 per month. It can only be used on local websites and in local currency.
Smart Wallet users can withdraw a maximum of EGP 20,000 per day from any ATM. Smart Wallet users can withdraw a maximum of EGP 60,000 per day via any CIB Smart Wallet Agent.
Forget about cash and use your CIB Plus debit card! Use the card to carry out your financial transactions with a daily limit of EGP 30,000 for cash withdrawals and EGP 500,000 for purchases inside Egypt.

To join CIB PLUS, customers should meet any of the below criteria:

• Maintain a balance starting from EGP 300,000 (or its equivalent in foreign currencies).

• Maintain a monthly net salary from EGP 30,000 to EGP 80,000 (or its equivalent in any other currency).

• Have an unsecured loan from CIB with a minimum of EGP 500,000.

The Smart Wallet is free of charge. There are no monthly, annual, or maintenance fees for this service.

However, please keep in mind that there are separate fees for each transaction you make. For example, if you use your Smart Wallet to transfer money, issue online cards, and more, additional fees may apply.

Yes, through the cash deposit machines with a maximum deposit limit per day of EGP 20,000.
The amount you request will not be deducted at the time the card is issued, but only when you make an online transaction, except for the card issuance fees mentioned above (EGP 10 for a single-use online card and EGP 15 for a multi-use online card) .

Transfers in Egyptian Pound outside CIB inside Egypt (Fees are waived):

  • Commission:0.2% minimum EGP 40 - maximum EGP 350

Transfers in a foreign currency:

  • Commission: 0.3% from the amount with a minimum of USD 20 - maximum USD 150
  • Swift Charges: Equivalent to USD 10 through Online Banking.
  • The charges are equivalent to USD 20 if executed through CIB branches
  • Beneficiary Bank Fees: Based on the beneficiary bank's fees and charges. The USD equivalent is calculated upon execution and is based on CIB’s daily currency free market rate

If the transfer is conducted through IPN to one of the banks participating in the Instant Payment Network, the commission will be 0.2% with a minimum of EGP 10 and a maximum of EGP 50 (Fees are waived)

Meeza wallet transfers through Internet or Mobile banking is free of charge
