You can request to change your card through the call center or branch. The request will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
You can request a stamped physical statement for your credit card at your nearest branch.
Visit the nearest CIB branch with your national ID or passport to sign the activation form.
You can activate your credit card by sending an SMS to 1491 from your registered mobile number. You’ll need to send 02 followed by the last four digits of your card and follow the instructions. Once completing those steps, visit the nearest CIB ATM to set the 4-digit PIN code. Alternatively, you can contact our hotline at 19666 using the registered mobile number and sign into our free IVR service to activate and set a PIN directly.

On the homepage, you will find your payment activity in a chart. Select “View Transactions” to check your entire transaction history.

To filter or sort your transactions, select “Filter and Sorting”. You can filter by date, transaction type, or status of the transaction (all, successful, or failed).

  • From the transaction history page, you will find an “Export” button on the bottom right side of the page.
  • Enter a valid email and your PIN to export the transaction history, either to print it or use it for future reference.
Customers can change card types by making a request from the CIB call center or your nearest branch.

If you don’t have your own FFN, once you apply for a CIB EgyptAir credit card, the
bank will create an FFN upon issuance of miles cards (Titanium or Platinum Egypt

To perform a financial transaction:

  •  Select the transaction you would like to perform from your “Favorites.”
  • Press and hold the payment button to proceed, then enter your PIN number to complete the transaction.
You should set and answer three security questions by choosing them from the list of questions provided on the app and two of them will be used in the validation process when resetting your PIN.

You can update the direct debit account via mobile/internet banking and the request will be processed within three working days.
