• Click on “Register Now” on the Login Page
  • Choose your preferred registration method
  • Fill in the following field and click on “Continue”
  • Create a unique username and password according to the set criteria

The machine will automatically return any money to your account if the money fails to come out of the machine successfully. You can rest assured that your money is safe by calling CIB at 19666 and reporting what happened. Each ATM has a unique identification number, so please make sure to tell us which machine it is.

Whenever a transaction is declined on InstaPay, CIB will automatically reverse the transaction to your bank account immediately. In case the transaction is not reversed, please contact CIB’s customer service at 19666 and provide them with the transaction’s reference number to track it.
We currently have a basic Personal Financial Management (PFM) implemented that allows you to categorize your transactions. Click on the desired account on the home page –> click “View more” --> go to “My Money” tab. You can find a weekly and monthly summary graph displaying the debit and credit transactions related to your account. These transactions are categorized according to their labels (if you already labeled the transactions, they will all be displayed as “uncategorized”). You can also view a monthly pie chart categorizing all transactions according to their label and displaying the percentage of each transaction type with respect to the total transactions. In addition, you can track your account's daily balance.
  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • The "Related Accounts" section will appear on the home page with the related account names
  • Click on “Switch” 
  • You will enter the related account mode, allowing you to act on behalf of the accessed related account and make third-party transfers using your main account's activated OTP.
  1. From the Internet Banking Home Page, click on the desired account then click on “View More”
  2. Click on the “Transaction History” tab and select the “Label” tag for the transactions
  3. Click on “Label” next to each transaction to label it by creating a new label or selecting from an existing set of labels you have created before.
