• Login to your Online Banking account
  • Click on “Transfers” on the home page
  • Click on “Local” under “Transfer Types”
  • Select “Transfer to another CIB Account”
  • Choose the beneficiary if it’s already added, or add beneficiary first if you don’t have a saved one
  • Choose the account you want to transfer from
  • Click on “update”
  • Enter the transfer amount and purpose
  • Click on “Continue”
  • Review the transfer summary before proceeding
  • Click on “Confirm”
  • Enter the OTP from your activated CIB OTP Token app
  • Transfer submitted successfully
  • You can extract the “Transaction Receipt” from top right side of the final screen

The Related Accounts feature allows you to manage the accounts of your loved ones and necessary individuals without requiring their usernames or passwords. You can access these Related Accounts from your own account by submitting a request, which will then be processed by our team

  1. Log in to your Online Banking user
  2. Click on “Profile” icon
  3. Choose “Related Accounts”
  4. Click on “Add New Related Account” 
  5. You will find a quick brief of the service. Click on “Continue” 
  6. Fill in the required details:
    • Customer name
    • Relation type (Grant, Joint, Minor, Power of attorney)
    • Date of birth (in case of Minor)
    • Related account number
    • Notes (Optional)
  7. Click on “Continue” 
  8. Review the request details
  9. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions after reading them
  10. Click on “Confirm Request” 

Your request will be submitted successfully and will be verified by the bank before being added as a related account.

  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • Click on “Accounts” under “Savings & Investments” section
  • Select the account
  • Click on the “View All” next to “Transactions”
  • Click on “Filter” 
  • Filter by date or amount range, then click on “Apply”

Yes, you can:

  1. Simply click on the account you want to set as the source account for the scheduled transaction,
  2. then click on the round orange icon. Click on “Scheduled Transactions”,
  3. then “New Standing Order”. Choose your preferred type of transaction, whether to one of your accounts, a 3rd party account or to your own credit card,
  4. then fill in the required payment details and click “Next”. Y

our scheduled transaction will be saved and you can access it again in the same place if you need to edit or delete it. Please note: In case of setting up a transaction to a 3rd party account, you will have to enter a 6-digit OTP.

InstaPay will inform you of the transaction status instantly. The status can be one of the following:

  • Successful Transaction: The transfer amount is credited to the beneficiary’s account.
  • Rejected Transaction: The transfer was rejected and the transfer amount is reversed to your account.
  • Pending Transaction: The transaction is sent to the beneficiary’s bank to be executed, but the bank hasn’t confirmed crediting the transfer amount to the beneficiary’s account. The transaction status will be updated shortly to either “successful” or “rejected”.
IPA stands for Instant Payment Address. It is a simplified address for your account, which can be used to send and receive cash transfers instead of a full bank account number or card details. Think of it as an email address that can be used to transfer money.
