  3. Fill in the following fields:
  • Username: Input your CIB Internet Banking Username
  • Password: Choose a new password
  • Password Confirmation: Enter your password again to make sure it is input correctly
  • Card Number: Input the 16 digits of your active debit/credit card without any spaces
  • Card PIN: Input the PIN code of your Debit/credit card

Click on “Reset”.

You can set a spending limit for each supplementary card that is renewed monthly with a minimum of EGP500 via the call center. The set limits are renewed by each statement automatically.

CIB’s Smart Wallet is a mobile application that enables you to do the following:

  • Pay all your bills, top-up your mobile credit, donate to various organizations, etc.
  • Send and receive money from your wallet to any other wallet in Egypt.
  • Withdraw or deposit money via any ATM in Egypt or any CIB Smart Wallet authorized agent.
  • Shop from any brand that has the “Meeza Digital” logo by scanning the merchant’s QR code.
  • Issue online cards with any desired amount that can be later used for making online purchases
Yes, as a primary cardholder, you can adjust the spending limit for the supplementary card at any time through our call center.
You as a primary cardholder can request to close any of your supplementary credit cards via the call center.
For any new card, you’ll need to follow the steps for activation before setting the PIN code on the ATM.
After activating the renewal card, the current card will become inactive.
You can activate your debit card through Phone Banking (IVR) service by calling 19666 from the registered mobile number or via SMS or via ATM.
