The application is available in both English and Arabic. The default language is selected for the first time based on the language of your phone, yet you can change it from the application’s settings after you log in.

Yes, you can have a notification appear on your Internet banking home page once you sign in if an account’s balance falls below or rises above a certain limit, this can be done through “Notifications” under the “Settings” tab where you can set up your rule.
Simply, fill in the OTP form in the branch, with your account number that you will use for the external transfers and download the CIB OTP token app or purchase a hard token and activate it through the Online Banking from “Token Activation” under the requests tab.
  • Internal transfers (including own and other CIB credit card payment) executed during holidays and weekends will be instantly reflected on Internet Banking, considering that interest -if any- will be calculated starting next business day.
  • External transfers executed during holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day.
