You can easily set up beneficiaries through the application by:

  1. Clicking on “Transfers” in the menu,
  2. Navigating to “Payments to Others”
  3. Clicking on “Add New”
  4. Choose the beneficiary type, and fill in the required beneficiary details
  5. Then enter the 6-digit OTP from your OTP token
  6. Click “Next” to save the beneficiary.
  • Log in to your Online Banking account 
  • Click on “Transfers” from the home page 
  • Choose “local” then select “IPN -Instant transfers” 
  • Click on “New Beneficiary” 
  • Enter the required beneficiary details (account number, IBANs, registered mobile number, IPA, card number, or mobile wallet) 
  • Choose “Save Beneficiary & Close” 
  • Create a nickname, select the sending account, then click on “Save Beneficiary” 
  • Enter the OTP from your activated CIB OTP token app 
  • Beneficiary will be added successfully

Transfers via internet banking or swift cannot be done on Meeza prepaid card.

No, previously saved beneficiaries cannot be used for IPN transfers. You must add new IPN-specific beneficiaries under the 'Instant Transfers' tab.
If you have multiple cards, you can request to consolidate the limits of your existing cards under the same credit card program. The request can be submitted through the call center or branch and will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

The Smart Wallet is free of charge. There are no monthly, annual, or maintenance fees for this service.

However, please keep in mind that there are separate fees for each transaction you make. For example, if you use your Smart Wallet to transfer money, issue online cards, and more, additional fees may apply.

  3. Edit and delete buttons will appear
  4. Click on the required action.
To review your transaction status, doublecheck your account activity and balance to confirm that your transaction was carried out successfully. If it was not, please refer to the call center.
