There is no limit to how many of your accounts you can link. However, all the accounts you want to link must have the same mobile number registered to them or they will not show in your choices.
This feature enables you to fully or partially redeem your active Certificates of Deposit (CDs) and Time Deposits (TDs) directly through CIB Online Banking services without visiting the bank.
The amount you request will not be deducted at the time the card is issued, but only when you make an online transaction, except for the card issuance fees mentioned above (EGP 10 for a single-use online card and EGP 15 for a multi-use online card) .

How can customers login to the world of BONUS in case of having a registered international number:

  • Tap Login
  • Enter CIB Debit/Credit card or number account number
  • Press on change country calling code
  • Type the country calling code in the box before the mobile number
  • Customers will then receive an OTP on their registered international number 
  • Enter the OTP and enjoy the world of BONUS
You can view detailed information about the active Equal Payment Plan installment program, including the remaining balances and tenors through the e-statement found on your Internet Banking or through the Mobile Banking app.
It wouldn’t be affected as long as the current dues on the card are within the new card limit.

You can reset your PIN through the app by following the below steps:

  • On the app login screen, click on “Forgot your PIN”
  • Enter the mobile number registered on the wallet and your National ID
  • Enter the OTP received via SMS
  • Answer your previously set security questions
  • Upon successful validation, please set a new PIN and enter it twice. PIN should not include repetitive or consecutive numbers or a PIN that have previously been used.

Customers can load the card via ATMs only. Meeza prepaid cards do not accept transfers (including internet banking) and cannot accept deposits via branch teller. In special cases, Meeza prepaid cards accept ACH transfers from CIB accounts only.
