CIB Business Online results

Customer should present any of the following documents:

  • Proforma invoice
  • Invoice
  • Claims, etc.

In case of the importation cases customer should sign the undertaking of importation to be attached with the advance payment transfers

Navigate to the CIB Business Online portal and enter your username and password and the company ID that you will receive through a secure email from CIB. You will need the following to complete your registration:

  • Username: You will receive your username in a secure email from CIB
  • Password: You will receive your temporary password in a secure email from CIB
  • Company ID: You will receive your company's ID in a secure email from CIB
  • OTP Hard Token: This will be sent to you with a CIB courier
  • Soft Token: This is an application under the name of "CIB Corporate OTP," which you can easily download from the Apple Store or Google Play. This is used to generate a unique, 6-digit one time password to be used when you are authenticating a transaction.

You should submit a secure email with the incorrect transaction details and its reference number to stop its execution. Our team will attempt to stop the transaction in accordance with CIB's internal procedures and policies.
Please contact your Relationship Manager or the GTS team at cash.management@cibeg.com, trade.management@cibeg.com or GTS.Support@cibeg.com, with the employee's details. The team will stop the token and issue a new one for the replacement after receiving a written authorization request or a secure e-mail request through CIB Business Online from the company.

You should send an email with the pending transactions and their reference numbers to cash.management@cibeg.com or trade.management@cibeg.com. Our team will investigate and closely follow up with your company until the transaction is successfully confirmed.
Internal transactions (between other CIB accounts) are limited to the amount equivalent to USD 10,000000, while external transactions (transfers to other banks) are limited to the amount equivalent to USD 20,000,000.

It is the latest digital financial solution channel for CIB’s corporate and business banking clients. By unifying: Cash Management, Trade Finance, and the new Supply Chain Finance portal, it provides you with a flexible and secure online channel to help you run your daily business transactions efficiently.

Internal transactions (between other CIB accounts) are limited to $10,000,000 per transaction, while external transactions (transfers to other banks) are limited to $20,000,000 per transaction.

  2. Fill in the username, password, and company ID fields that you previously received through CIB email
  3. Enter the OTP
  4. Click on “Sign in.”
