  • Balance: The current balance is the actual balance of the account at the beginning of the business day. It is the balance that is printed on bank statements.
  • Available to Use: The amount of money in an account that is available for immediate withdrawals or any other type of use. It represents the difference between the account balance and any activity that has not yet been reflected on the account, such as pending deposits, cheques and withdrawals.
• In this case, the transaction would not be executed. Therefore, please make sure that the transaction required balance is available. • It is also advised to check your account regularly in order to ensure that such transactions are executed.
  • Log into your Internet or Mobile Banking account
  •  Click on the “Requests” tab

        For Mobile Banking: Select “Statements & Documents” then “E-Statement Enrollment”

        For Internet Banking: Select “E-Statement Enrollment”

  • Choose “E-Statement Enrollment”
  • Read the terms and conditions
  • Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions
  • Press “Submit”
  • Press “Confirm” once the confirmation message appears
  1. Log into your Internet or Mobile Banking account
  2. Click on “Apply for products” tab
  3. Select “Book CD or TD”
  4. Choose type then select from the fields that appear accordingly
  5. Click “Next”
  6. Read the terms and conditions
  7. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions
  8. Click “Confirm”

Note:

  • Customers with foreign currency loans cannot book CDs or TDs online and will have to visit a branch
  • TDs are booked the same day
  • CDs are booked the same day

  • Prime: EGP 5,000,000
  • Plus: EGP 5,000,000
  • Wealth: EGP 20,000,000
  • Private: EGP 20,000,000
