  • Commission:0.2% minimum EGP 40 - maximum EGP 350

Transfers in a foreign currency:

  • Commission: 0.3% from the amount with a minimum of USD 20 - maximum USD 150
  • Swift Charges: Equivalent to USD 10 through Online Banking.
  • The charges are equivalent to USD 20 if executed through CIB branches
  • Beneficiary Bank Fees: Based on the beneficiary bank's fees and charges. The USD equivalent is calculated upon execution and is based on CIB’s daily currency free market rate

If the transfer is conducted through IPN to one of the banks participating in the Instant Payment Network, the commission will be 0.2% with a minimum of EGP 10 and a maximum of EGP 50 (Fees are waived)

  1. Simply click on the account you want to set as the source account for the scheduled transaction,
  2. then click on the round orange icon. Click on “Scheduled Transactions”,
  3. then “New Standing Order”. Choose your preferred type of transaction, whether to one of your accounts, a 3rd party account or to your own credit card,
  4. then fill in the required payment details and click “Next”. Y

our scheduled transaction will be saved and you can access it again in the same place if you need to edit or delete it. Please note: In case of setting up a transaction to a 3rd party account, you will have to enter a 6-digit OTP.

Transaction limits for Mobile Banking are the same as Internet Banking, and can be found under “Transfers Limits” in the Internet Banking’s help section.
The Recurring Transaction is a forward dated transaction that you can set to be performed several times automatically. You can set your recurring transaction to be executed daily, weekly, semi monthly, monthly, every two months, bi-annually and annually.
Forward Dated Transactions give you the ability to set a future transaction (e.g., fund transfers or credit card payment) to occur in a predefined date rather than immediately, which has to be within a year limit.

From Internet Banking home page:

  1. Go to “Requests”
  2. Click on Dispute Credit Card Transaction
  3. Fill in the dispute form on your chosen credit card mentioning the reason of dispute.
  • You only need to have an active debit or credit card on an active Saving/Current Account or an active credit card
  • An active debit card means it has been used at least once through a CIB ATM
  • An active credit card means than it has been activated through CIB Call Center
  • You need to have your debit/credit card PIN code
  • You have to sign the e-service agreement at the nearest branch.
