Forward Dated Transactions give you the ability to set a future transaction (e.g., fund transfers or credit card payment) to occur in a predefined date rather than immediately, which has to be within a year limit.

The Recurring Transaction is a forward dated transaction that you can set to be performed several times automatically. You can set your recurring transaction to be executed daily, weekly, semi monthly, monthly, every two months, bi-annually and annually.
If you have not received the OTP you could request to resend the OTP by clicking the "Resend OTP" button on the screen up to 5 times. If OTP is still not received, please contact CIB Call Center 19666 to ensure that your mobile number is updated on the banking system.

  1. Go to “Requests”
  2. Click on Inquiries
  3. Suggestions
  4. Complaints
  5. Fill in the form and determine your request type whether it is inquiry, suggestions or complaints.

Please follow the below steps to further secure your information:

  • Do not share your Internet and Mobile Banking username and password with anybody
  • Do not share the PIN code of your card with anyone as it is used for Online Banking registration and password resetting
  • Log out of your Mobile Banking session when finished
  • Do not leave your mobile unattended without logging out
  • Password-protect your mobile device
  • Keep the operating system of your mobile device up to date
  • Inform the CIB call center right away if you lose the mobile phone number registered for the One Time Password (OTP) Higher Authentication.

To access the Mobile Banking service, use your Internet Banking username and password. If you already have an account. Otherwise, you can simply register through the app by clicking on “Register New User”.

Below are the main requirements for registration:

  1. An active debit/credit card on an active savings/current account (an active debit/credit card means it was used at least once through a CIB ATM).
  2. Your debit/credit card PIN code, which you normally use at ATMs.

Now and till March 31, 2021, you can register to the Online banking service without the need to sign the e-banking terms and conditions at the branch. To do so, simply follow the above steps noting that you must sign the e-banking terms and conditions at any time within this permitted period to avoid service suspension

  1. Open the Internet or Mobile Banking page
  2. Click “Register New User”
  3. Select identification method
  4. Choose “Passport Number” from the list
  5. Enter your passport number
  6. Create username
  7. Create your password
  8. Confirm password
  9. Read the terms and conditions
  10. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions
  11. Select next
  12. Enter the OTP password that is sent to your registered mobile number
  13. Select “Register”
  14. A confirmation message of successful registration will appear

Once a username is set on the Internet Banking, it cannot be renamed.

Account information accessed by Mobile Banking and Internet Banking are protected the same way: our authentication process includes your Mobile Banking username, password, and a 6-digit OTP in case of external transfers.   1. Tap on the fingerprint icon on the landing page
  2. Choose “Enable Fingerprint Login”
  3. Enter your username and password. Your biometrics will be saved and you will be able to log in using your fingerprint.

If you forget your username, follow the below steps:

  1. Call 19666
  2. Select 3 (Technical support)
  3. Select 1 (Retrieve username)
  4. Enter the active debit/credit card 16 digits number
  5. Enter the card’s 4 digits PIN code
  6. Username will be sent via SMS on your registered mobile number
  1. Log into your Mobile Banking app
  2. Go to “Login Settings” from your profile
  3. Tap on “Disable Fingerprint Login”.
Once a username is set, it cannot be changed.
