You can choose a new PIN by:

  • Calling 19666 from your registered phone number
  • Phone Banking from your registered phone number
  • If you remember your old PIN you can also do it using any CIB ATM

  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • Click on “Credit Cards” under the “Cards” section on the home page
  • Select the card and click on “Show My Transactions”
  • Select the transaction to dispute
  • On the transaction details page, click on “Dispute this Transaction”
  • Fill in the dispute reason
  • Click on “submit”
  • Request submitted successfully
Contact the call center for internal disputes i.e., CIB ATM, etc. However, if there is another dispute related to a merchant, refund, etc., customers should visit the branch to fulfill a dispute form to take its process and TAT.
  • Log into your Internet or Mobile Banking account
  • Go to “Requests”
  • For Mobile Banking: Select “Cards Management” then “Dispute Credit Card Transaction”

           For Internet Banking: Select “Dispute Credit Card Transaction”

  • Fill out the dispute form on your chosen credit card and mention the reason for dispute
  • Log into your Internet or Mobile Banking account
  • Go to “Requests”
  • For Mobile Banking: Select “Cards Management” then “Dispute Credit Card Transaction”

           For Internet Banking: Select “Dispute Credit Card Transaction”

  • Fill out the dispute form on your chosen credit card and mention the reason for dispute

You earn miles based on your credit card’s retail spend. Platinum credit cardholders earn 1 mile per EGP 30 spent, while Titanium credit cardholders earn 1 mile per EGP 50 spent.

  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • Click on “Transfers” on the home page
  • Click on “View All” under “Saved Transfers” section
  • Choose the beneficiary and click on the pen icon to edit the beneficiary or the transfer amount
  • Alternatively, click on the delete icon to remove the beneficiary

You can simply enable biometrics login through one of the below options:

Before login:

  • On the app's login page, click on Fingerprint/Face ID icon.
  • Enter your username and password.
  • Agree to the Biometrics terms and conditions, then click on "Activate Now”.
  • Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
  • Your Face ID/Fingerprint will be activated successfully.

From your profile:

  • Log in to your CIB Mobile Banking app.
  • Click on “Profile” icon.
  • Toggle on “Login using Biometrics Feature” button.
  • Agree to the Biometrics terms and conditions, then click on "Activate Now”.
  • Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
  • Your Face ID/Fingerprint login will be activated successfully.
  • Log into your Internet or Mobile Banking account
  •  Click on the “Requests” tab

        For Mobile Banking: Select “Statements & Documents” then “E-Statement Enrollment”

        For Internet Banking: Select “E-Statement Enrollment”

  • Choose “E-Statement Enrollment”
  • Read the terms and conditions
  • Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions
  • Press “Submit”
  • Press “Confirm” once the confirmation message appears
  • Log into your Internet or Mobile Banking account
  •  Click on the “Requests” tab

        For Mobile Banking: Select “Statements & Documents” then “E-Statement Enrollment”

        For Internet Banking: Select “E-Statement Enrollment”

  • Choose “E-Statement Enrollment”
  • Read the terms and conditions
  • Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions
  • Press “Submit”
  • Press “Confirm” once the confirmation message appears

  3. Choose “E-Statement Enrollment”
  4. Read the terms and conditions

    3.         Choose “E-Statement Enrollment“

    4.         Read the terms and conditions

    5.         Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions

    6.         Click “Submit”

    7.         Click “Confirm” once the confirmation message appears

     

  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • Click on “Transfers "on the home page
  • Select “Charities” under "Transfer Types"
  • Select “Charity Category” and then choose the preferred “Charity”
  • Choose the account you want to send from
  • Enter the amount and click on “Continue”
  • Review the Transaction Summary before proceeding
  • Click on “Confirm”
  • Enter the OTP from your activated CIB OTP Token app
  • Transfer submitted successfully
  • You can extract “Transaction Receipt” by clicking on the extract button in the top right side of the transaction summary screen
  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • Click on “Credit Cards” under “Cards” section on the home page
  • Select the credit card
  • Click on “Show My Transactions” under “My Transactions”
  • Click on “Filter” 
  • Filter by date or amount range, then click on “Apply” 
  • Then, click on “Export” 
  • Choose the needed format to download transactions, then click on “Download” button
  • Log in to your Online Banking account
  • Click on “Accounts” under “Savings & Investments” section
  • Select the account
  • Click on the “View All” next to “Transactions”
  • Click on “Filter” 
  • Filter by date or amount range, then click on “Apply” 
  • Then, click on “Download Transactions” 
  • In case you want to change the filter data, choose clear all
  • Choose the needed format to download transactions, then click on “Download”
