The Related Accounts feature allows you to manage the accounts of your loved ones and necessary individuals without requiring their usernames or passwords. You can access these Related Accounts from your own account by submitting a request, which will then be processed by our team

  1. Log in to your Online Banking user
  2. Click on “Profile” icon
  3. Choose “Related Accounts”
  4. Click on “Add New Related Account” 
  5. You will find a quick brief of the service. Click on “Continue” 
  6. Fill in the required details:
    • Customer name
    • Relation type (Grant, Joint, Minor, Power of attorney)
    • Date of birth (in case of Minor)
    • Related account number
    • Notes (Optional)
  7. Click on “Continue” 
  8. Review the request details
  9. Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions after reading them
  10. Click on “Confirm Request” 

Your request will be submitted successfully and will be verified by the bank before being added as a related account.

You can subscribe to the credit shield directly through the initial credit card application or via the call center.
Customers can find the EPP dues through the call center or via E-statement through Internet banking.

  2. Choose “Payments to Others”
  3. Choose the beneficiary you want to transfer to, edit any details needed,
  4. Enter your 6-digit OTP,
  5. Click ”Pay”.
  1. Call 19666 from your registered mobile number
  2. The Phone banking service will detect if your Online Banking username is locked or not
  3. If yes, it will offer the option to unlock it or to proceed to the main menu
  4. Choose to unlock it, then enter your active debit or credit card number and its PIN
  5. An SMS will then be sent to your registered number confirming the successful unlocking and containing your Online Banking username as well

  • When using the Internet Banking service, click on "More", then choose "Services" or from the "Profile" icon on the home page and then, click on "My Contact Details"
  • Click on “Edit Contact Details” 
  • Click on “Request an Update” 
  • Enter the OTP from your activated CIB OTP Token app
  • Review the request Summary
  • Click on “Confirm”
  • Request submitted successful
Customers can update their data from outside Egypt by going to the following link: https://www.cibeg.com/English/AboutCIB/Compliance/Pages/Know-Your-Customer.aspx Download and print a KYC form, enter the appropriate information, and add your signature to the bottom of each page. Submit it to a CIB representative at any of our branches, or send it by mail to either your branch or to P.O. Box 2430 Al Ataba, marked with your branch name.

Simply click on the account you want to view, you can track an account's activity up to the past three months.
You can view your account details by selecting the specified account from the home page, then selecting “Account Details” where you can find the account number, account type, status, open date, balance and your customer number.

  2. Go to “Account Statements”

From the Internet Banking home page, click on your preferred card and your activity will be displayed.

• Click on the desired card from the homepage

• Select “Show My Transaction”

You can view the detailed information on the active EPP’s including the remaining balances, and tenors through the e-statement found in your Internet banking.
