• You may add/delete/modify any of your beneficiaries’ details through the payments to others page
  • You can add a new beneficiary from the "Add New" button at the top of the page
  • You can edit a beneficiary by clicking on the beneficiary then the "Edit" button
  • You can delete a beneficiary by simply clicking on "Delete".

You can simply nickname your account from the Internet Banking Home Page:

  1. Click on the account you want to nickname
  2. Click on “View More” then on the “Account Details” tab
  3. Click on “Edit” next to the account name and change it to the desired name.
The available payment options are online via mobile/internet banking, ATM cash deposit, branch, bank transfer, IVR, or via Instapay.

Through the Smart Wallet application:

  • Select “Payments.”
  • Select your desired service and biller.
  • Enter the subscriber/reference number (or you can select the subscriber from your contact list).
  • Select the desired amount (if you’re recharging your phone credit) or select “Confirm” (if you’re paying a bill).
  • Enter your wallet PIN.
  • Your transaction is complete.
By sharing your IPA or mobile number or initiating a collect request.
  • Log in to your CIB Online Banking account
  • Select Certificates of deposit/Time deposits under Saving and Investment section from the home page
  • Click on the relevant product (CDs or TDs)
  • Select the CD/TD you wish to redeem
  • Click the “Full/Partial redemption” button
  • Choose between Full Redemption or Partial Redemption
  • Click continue
  • Review the applicable penalty fees
  • Tap on “Proceed with redemption”
  • The redeemed amount will be credited to your linked account

You can request to change your card through the call center or branch. The request will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.
You as a primary cardholder can request to close any of your supplementary credit cards via the call center.
You can request a card closure through the call center.

You can issue a chequebook through one of the following channels*:

  • Branch network
  • ATMs
  • Phone Banking

Internet Banking and Mobile Banking through the steps below:

  1. Go to “Requests”
  2. For Mobile Banking: Select “Other Requests” then “Request New Chequebook” For Internet Banking: Select “Request New Chequebook”
  3. Choose the branch you want it to be delivered to
  4. Fill out the form to complete your request

*To issue chequebooks, the account balance should be EGP 25,000. starting 22nd of June,2023
